Non-Refundable Conditions:

  • If the product packaging is opened, unsealed, damaged, or not in its original condition.

  • If the product is used or shows signs of use.

  • Custom or special-order items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Refund Eligibility:

We only offer refunds or exchanges if the product received is:

  • Incorrect or damaged during transit.
    In such cases, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with proof (photos/video).
